The hostel that I will now judge all other hostels against. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. I actually felt like I was leaving friends behind when I left Napoli after a week. Great location right next to the docks and major bus station which makes day trips easy. Good breakfast, clean rooms, great common area, warm showers. The best hostel I've been to.

I had a great time here. The staff is super helpful and quite knowledgable about everything. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and outgoing...the hostel just seems to have that atmosphere. Clean, organized and perfectly priced. Also, location is perfect. If I go back Naples, I'll stay here for sure.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Hostel of the Sun. The staff is extremely friendly and the place is very comfortable. It has a nice "home" feeling to it with nice couches, books, and a TV to relax and watch a movie. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. You can even do your laundry there! Oh and it is very close to all of the site-seeing there, you can walk out of the hostel and get to the good food and the city center easily, just don't get mugged at night ;-) Ask the staff for information about food, sites, Pompei, ferries, etc. they will have answers for you. I would recommend staying here to fellow backpackers.

This hostel was very nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had a nice "living room" to watch movies and relax, and it was overall a very pleasant atmosphere. If you are in Napoli, I would recommend staying here

Good location, comfortable and clean, great breakfast and the most friendly staff ever!! You feel like home there and well looked after!!

The staff was awesome. Hands down the friendliest of any hostel I've stayed at. The full private bathrooms (toilette+shower) provided some privacy that is rare but a very welcomed change.

The hostel and the people who work's in there are rally great

All in all I was happy with Sun. looked better than the other naples hostels online. italy was great and would go back again.
