FIB Heineken 2010
Start Date: 15th Jul 2010
End Date: 18th Jul 2010
Duration: 4 days
Description:
FIB Heineken
2010 starts with the first batch of artists confirmed for the sixteenth
edition. And
what a way to start. Because among the half dozen names that we met, who strongly stand
out are two historic returning to the stage: nothing less than PiL and The
Specials. That is the meeting of the influential band John
Lydon (Rotten or, in his stage in front of the Sex Pistols) and Terry Hall, back
on stage for the greater glory of ska and pop influenced by Jamaican
rhythms.
As if it´s not enough on a festival in which sound "Albatross" and "Ghost Town", the following group confirmed not lower the bar. The Kasabian at the height of their's fame, The Prodigy bringing infernal rhythms and Ian Brown Monkey King pulling craft and glorious past. And a great novelty, the first entirely hip hop artist who has been through the festival, one that Dizzee Rascal remains the largest figure of the rap made in UK.
Tickets for the event (remember, 15, 16, 17 and 18 July) are now on sale, starting today, January 28, will cost 180€. Also from today there will be on sale 3-day tickets that will keep the price of 2009, 155 €. More information about tickets.fiberfib.com
