Latroupe La Granja Hostel

Good accommodation and great breakfast for a hostel.

Excellent service, very cozy rooms and a very tasty breakfast.

I spent two nights at Troupe El Granja and was very satisfied with the place. Very well located, opposite the Abando metro, very accessible from the intermodal bus station. The female dormitory had its own bathroom (very clean). Good place for people in their thirties because the average age seemed to me to be a little higher than elsewhere. It's not a hostel where people come exclusively to party, it's quiet so good if you come to relax. The bar downstairs is open 24/7. You can book surfing and paddle lessons with the hostel. There is a great breakfast buffet and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are evenings organized every day: karaoke, ping pong tournament...etc. Downsides: a little too impersonal to meet people if you have your own room, too bad you can't book other activities, difficult to book when you come alone like waterbike or kayaking.

The attention is 10 out of 10. Elevators that always work. The room was always impeccable. I loved the shower, it's wonderful. Comfortable beds and enough sharing spaces for 4 people. Room as the images show. Very close to everything, you can walk from one place to the other. I recommend it 👌

The staff is very attentive and friendly. Always jovial. They solve problems and provide facilities. The atmosphere of the hostel is very pleasant. The location is excellent: just a few steps from the train station, the metro and the tram stop and several bus lines.

Hotel/Hostal in the center with a basic but very clean spartan room. Large bathroom and incredibly large shower, one room. Nice reception, it is possible to stop, there is a bar also open to outsiders. Good breakfast, for a fee, served in a very nice room. Hotel to recommend. Excellent quality/price ratio for kindness, cleanliness, location.

Want a well-located hotel? If yes this is the best. Relaxation of customers and employees. Everything alright...

Great location. Clean, new room, large enough for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Quiet room except when there are people in the corridor but it's not all night. Very smiling staff.

Perfect location in the middle of the city. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and extremely good facilities for a hostel!

The room was much too small and it was so loud that you couldn't understand each other's words - the breakfast buffet could be larger or more varied - there was a barrier in front of the breakfast room

We found this hostel by chance and went for brunch. It is open to the public and costs €12, buffet. Very good! Huge variety and excellent price-quality. We really liked it and it is right in the center of the city.

Great location between the old town and the Guggenheim, extremely central, metro and bus stop in front of the house. All the staff are very friendly, especially at reception super helpful, everyone speaks excellent English and had answers to all questions. Room was clean and had a small balcony. Very quiet at night, thanks to soundproof windows and house rules. Breakfast is completely okay for the price, but there are also many small bars and cafes in the area if you want a little more variety. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

It is very well located, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It has two streets to access. Very modern and beautiful, combining elements of the old building with current modernity. The reception can be done online so you advance a lot. As an improvement, I would propose that they inform you prior to arrival that in shared rooms if you want to use the lockers, you have to bring your own lock, or leave one on deposit or have to buy there (or at least I did not know it) . Highly recommended as they also have private rooms. Highly recommended.

Master level, for a hostel... Everything clean, comfortable bed, room with a pleasant temperature, almost all of the receptionists were kind, especially an Argentinian whose name I don't remember. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of a single rudeness that occurred to me in the early hours of the 6th to the 7th of January, which was that because I couldn't open the front door, the guy who opened it for me was a little ignorant, other than that everything was very nice.

Ultra modern in the bobo concept. No TV, large, ultra-minimalist 100% Italian bathroom (don't leave anything on the sink because the shower waters everything), sliding bathroom door that doesn't slide, but very spacious and very comfortable beds. Good soundproofing. Breakfast very good. Very pleasant staff. Perfect location. Public parking 300m away 15€/day.

Hotel in a stunning location. Exactly halfway from the more modern Bilbao and Casco Viejo, also very close to the train station. The hotel has recently been renovated and is like new. Very large and very beautiful rooms.

Perfect location, clean and fairly large room, good breakfast but there should be a little more choice in the savory options.

Good place to stay a few days, no freezers, for your ice packs ask at reception they will take care of it. The fridge on the top floor is very small just for troubleshooting. The air conditioning works well and the bedding is good. Provide a padlock if you want to store personal belongings in the chests under the beds

Whoever spends the night here as a pilgrim can hardly believe it: a rain shower! Incl. shampoo and shower gel. The mattresses and covers are new. Everything clean and modern. Too bad I have to continue...
