Purple Nest Hostel Valencia

Positive points: Really great staff, well-located hostel, good food and lots of activities are organized which allow you to meet other travelers. There is also a bar, a guitar and an Xbox available. Negative points: The rooms could be better, especially in terms of air conditioning, because it was random in my room (I stayed there for 2 weeks), it seems that it could be better or worse depending on the rooms. If you are picky, the mattresses are quite thin, the box springs a little noisy and there are no curtains on the beds. Conclusion: Very good overall, especially if you are traveling alone and are not too keen on comfort, I recommend it.

Top youth hostel combining comfort, cleanliness and friendliness. The receptionists are always attentive and smiling. The breakfast is very good. Special mention to Luc the bartender who was exceptional with us! Thank you all for your professionalism!

location was great. close to things but in a quieter area. lots of wheelchair accessible bathrooms and accommodations in this hostel. service was great. only 4 stars for room la because the beds squeak soooo loud. i think because they have metal base boards under the mattresses which i’m not sure is normal. wish they also had curtains. tons of nice travelers at this hostel. kitchen staff was also super friendly and really nice too!

The hostel 10, location, cleanliness, great breakfast and the treatment of all the staff 10, especially thank Ana for allowing us to move the dates we had contracted, being 14 people. We will surely repeat!!! The Softball team thanks you for everything!!! 😘

A hostel for everyone, even for those like myself who are no longer young. Kind, welcoming, friendly staff, excellent management and well-trained and helpful Italian Erasmus students. Rooms with air conditioning, basic and clean, as are the shared bathrooms and the entire structure. Shared spaces indoors and outdoors. Cheap and abundant breakfast on request, sweet and savory, you can make a lunch with it. You can have any information or service on request. Excellent location near line 3 to and from the airport and a stone's throw from stop 95 for the oceanographic and urban beaches and the Turia park, ten minutes from the cathedral and the entire center and from Colon shopping street. At night, there is a "silence" service for the younger ones who almost never sleep. 😉

Not bad for a hostel. There are different room sizes - from single rooms to 10 bed rooms. The hostel is centrally located in the old town and a bus stop is almost right in front of the door. It's a bit noisy in the evenings as the crowd is relatively young. You can use the kitchen and there are refrigerators in the kitchen for everyone to use. There is air conditioning in every room and there should also be a washing machine. You can rent umbrellas, balls, etc. for the beach. There is a bar and drinks, snacks and sandwiches for sale in the lobby.

The hostel has a great location in Valencia, the staff is very nice and helpful. The hostel has several floors, on the first there is a terrace where you can also do your laundry. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately they don't have curtains. The toilets are cleaned every day and are very clean. The area for everyone is large and has many tables. The kitchen is well equipped, refrigerators and space to put away your things. The breakfast buffet is available for €5, which is worth it as there is a lot to choose from. The hostel actually deserves 5 stars for its price, but I was sent to a room from which 4 girls had already changed because of a man. When I also changed after 3 nights, the man stole from me and checked out.

I stayed in a private room on the 6th floor and it was perfect for the price. We were sorry that we couldn't make the most of the terrace, but we had limited time. It has a 24-hour reception, a room to leave your luggage and a bar where for €5 you will have an open buffet with bread for celiacs and soy and oatmeal drinks. I will repeat and recommend it!

I am very grateful to the Purple Nest hostel, because I met them through a program of the City Council in situations of Social Emergency and I was so comfortable that I have returned two more times. Not only is it a cheap place, but the place is super comfortable: it invites you to talk and relax at any time. The cleanliness is exquisite and the kitchen is incredible, having a lot of tools to be able to cook at ease. In addition, they combine the dining room with the bar, and that gives it a great atmosphere in the afternoon that, even if you can't go out, you feel as if you are also partying. I have also been very happy with the staff, who have been very friendly and have attended to all my incidents, being very flexible with my circumstances. I am very grateful to them. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

I stayed with purple nest hostel for two nights, both nights the room was not stuffy and it was cool. (good sleeping temperature) When you check in they give you a key card and fresh sheets for your bed. The bathrooms and showers are clean. They also were able to store our suitcases before and after checking in and out. The staff here was absolutely incredible. Very kind and spoke a good base of English too! I somehow managed to drop my wallet on our way to leave Valencia. I panicked and called them and they told me they found it and would hold it for me while I come back. It was a miracle and I am forever grateful. All in all purple nest hostel was a great, cheap, and easy option for young adults wanting to travel!

The hostel is in a good location, the center can be reached on foot, the bus stop is close and the metro stop is a little further away! The beautiful and huge Jardí del Túria park (which runs through the entire city) is also very close. The staff is really kind and helpful, the rooms are clean (some have a private bathroom) and equipped with air conditioning, the one I stayed in even has a large terrace with a splendid view! The breakfast is not very varied, but still good! We were able to leave our luggage for free until the evening, after check out! The price is advantageous! Highly recommended!

Very good service. The beds are reasonable, there are lockers in the rooms, fixed for charging cell phones. Sanitary facilities always clean. There is room for fun. Hammers, bar... Adapted wheelchair access. Breakfast good quality/price! I just have to point out that the silent hour (00:00) is not observed!!
