Very smiling and dynamic staff, the cleaning ladies do the best they can to keep the toilets clean, often soiled by the lack of respect from customers

A wonderful hotel, with a great location and also offers great services, both in the room and in other services provided. I have a great memory of the moments at this hotel and it is certainly an excellent recommendation.

One of the best hostels to stay in London! The location is great, easy to find. Great food, including vegetarian options, for good value.

Stayed in a capsule here for £32, and I was really impressed. I've looked into booking one before where it was more like £55 which is a little steep for a hostel but if there's rooms for 30-40 consider this place! The bed was simple but comfy, the room was clean, and the capsule has charging ports and a colour changing light which is a cool touch. The room with the capsules has its own bathroom with toilet cubicles, showers, sinks and free hairdryers, plus a locker for each pod. The showers each have a small area with a shelf before you get in, to put your clothes on. Much more convenient than some other places I've been to where you have to balance your stuff in a pile in the sink or put it on the dirty floor. As I left a staff member was scrubbing everything down really thoroughly and it showed, the bathrooms were really nice and clean. The lockers don't have locks though so bring your own if you wanna leave anything valuable in. The bar downstairs was blasting club music all night, but they've thought of that too and give you free ear plugs on your pillow, which I really appreciate. Didn't actually try the bar because I went out the night I stayed, but it seemed modern and fun. Good place to meet new people I'm sure. You unlock the doors with an app, it was much more convenient than a key card that you can lose, you just gotta make sure to keep your phone charged properly. The lady that checked me in was great and explained how to use the app and where everything was. Overall a good place to crash, will consider here again when I go to gigs in London

I only stayed 3 nights, the facilities were good, the bathroom was shared and I feel that they need more for all the people who sleep on the same floor, the showers were quite good, however they charged us $200mxn more than what the app said. (Hostelworld). And it does not include towels, they rent them to you. Just like the portable batteries and the lockers to store luggage, etc. We only paid for breakfast for 1 day and it was finished quickly. It's worth it if you come down early.

A very good experience, definitely an excellent location, quite central and a very good breakfast, in addition, it has quite a few bathrooms, you will undoubtedly find one unoccupied when you need it. 👍

First time in a hostel and I loved it! The location, the decor, the atmosphere, the staff, the breakfast, all were good. I took a private room with bathroom, it was perfect.

I slept in the 21 bed room. You have to expect an alarm clock at any time, but that didn't bother me. The rooms are clean and the beds are fairly close together. Each bed had a curtain that could be closed. The hostel is also quite modern, so you can open your room door with your cell phone. Very good location. You can easily reach both the bus stop and a train station on foot. Really good value for money 👍

Fascinated by the location, close to everything and super well organized

Clean and organized room, despite having 21 beds the environment was very calm. Very quiet and you can sleep very well. The bathrooms are very good although the toilet clogs with some frequency. Very clean bathrooms. the terrace with great views

Simple but good breakfast since you can't find much with £4 in London

Like Guilherme breakfast I really enjoyed Guilherme's service at breakfast, he was attentive, he understood our language and explained it to us!

The location deserves the Total score, cleanliness and service side, we never complain, just a small remark, if the hotel is full you will notice that there are not enough showers, say 1 for 20 or 30 beds, if the I don't like breakfast, there's a lot of good deals right next door

+ The location, price (at least for London), and the general system is great, the beds are clean, the water dispenser at the reception gives high quality water, the bar is right next to it and there is always something going on, in general I would stay here stay again - some things are annoying: the toilets are absolutely awful and the showers are really unclean too. The water in the showers and toilets stinks of chlorine. A request to the owners: install dampers on the doors!! If 10 people sleep in a room, you will be woken up 3 times during the night because the door slams so loudly. The cleaning staff is also very noisy. You have to bring your own lock for the safes and towels too.

Almost perfect, because the service of the employees, some are good, others don't care about anything, great place, very good bar, the parties at night are super lively and those who are staying don't pay to enter, very comfortable beds, cleanliness note 10, but the water in the bathroom was too cold the baths became a terror, but I would give a vote of confidence and come back again

Comfortable rooms and beds, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! Close to two metro stops in a really convenient area for visiting the city centre. A 15-minute walk from the tower bridge and 5 from the shard. The beds are equipped with a light, an English socket and 2 USBs. There is the possibility to eat in the pub of the hostel or there is also a room with a mini fridge and a microwave. The bathrooms are common and there are so many! I find the merit of this hostel to be the showers which, being totally made of plastic, do not have the classic mold found in English bathrooms!! I've stayed there twice and I highly recommend it

Cozy place and very clean rooms with safe and sockets for electricity of any kind (so you don't have to have an adapter), comfortable, spacious beds and curtains to have a bit of privacy. On the ground floor there is also a pub where they do good food and cocktails. The hostel is located in a nice area with lots of restaurants, shops and shopping centres.

New structure with an excellent pub inside the hostel open to the public and if you are a guest of the structure you have discounts on both food and drink. I wasn't convinced by the common areas and couldn't find the kitchen. Difficult to find and get to know other guests of the structure. Excellent location and cleanliness
