The Czech artist David Černý founded MeetFactory in 2001 for interdisciplinary projects and collaboration. Located between the motorway and the eight-rail train tracks in an industrial building. In the 18th century, this prestigious baroque building was a shelter for war veterans. After years of abandonment, The Initiative for Invalidovna, brought this place back to life. Since then, this historic monument hosts many events such as exhibitions, performances, art installations, and workshops.
