Unfold Prague’s greatest beer spots

What is your association with the Czech Republic?

Let us guess, most people have the connection with beer! And you are not wrong here. Bohemian countries have an aged relationship with beer, with brewing taking place in Břevnov Monastery from the Middle Ages. Hops have been grown in different regions for centuries and were used in beer making and exporting it. We can proudly say that beer culture has been here for centuries.  That being said, finding the best places to drink beer can still be pretty challenging. To save you time, we have done the heavy part for you and put together the places where you can while away an entire day and never have a bad pint of beer. Moreover each of the places are special in their own right, offering a local atmosphere.

Letna Beer Garden

Bucket List – worth spot is Letna Beer Garden. Drinking beer under a shady grove of chestnut trees with a stunning view of Prague – simply an unforgettable experience. The garden opens with the first sunny days of spring and stays open into the autumn depending on how gently winter comes. What makes it special? Best views of Prague’s bridges and beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed here better than anywhere else. But that is not it… Also lots of seating and a variety of beers, drinks, and food. For the past years, it was expanded for more beer and munchies choices, beyond fatty sausages and watery beer. You can try not only Czech typical lager – Pilsner but various crafts from local breweries. Very chill atmosphere surrounded by greenery, perfect for every hour of the day during spring, summer, autumn months.
