The whale of the Danube, so called Bálna is a recently built, modern building straight on the riverside which has the shape of a whale surprisingly. So just walk by it and you will find the Bálna terasz which is popular among the juppies of Budapest.
If you wanna go a bit further out and avoid other tourists, then Római part is a good choice. You can walk along the river or rent a kajak and after visit one or all of the bars below.
