While you’re in Brick Lane, pay a visit to Beigel Bake, famous for its affordable and delicious pastries. The bestsellers are the bagels, which the store produces 7,000 of every day. A tour of East London would be incomplete without a taste of the famous Salt Beef Bagel, which only costs £4.50. The shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can stop by early in the morning for breakfast or late in the evening after a day of sightseeing.

5. Take a Stroll around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park was built primarily for the 2012 Olympics, and thus houses the Olympic Village and London Stadium.
