Good location, they hold parties for the public and the atmosphere is good, spacious rooms and bathrooms with everything you need, I recommend it.

Friendly staff, we feel the enthusiasm of wanting to create conviviality. Provision of free food and a kitchen. Spacious and clean room. Point of improvement: the kitchen is often dirty because of others, too bad. I slept by the window and the traffic could be hard to bear. Breakfast too simple.

Excellent location. Very comfortable and the spaces are clean and spacious. He highlighted the friendliness of the staff as one of the strongest points. They made us feel very comfortable.

One of the best hostels i have stayed in! They got events every night for you to make new friends. Rooms are clean and spacious. Superb location right next to Spanish Quarters and 10 min walk from the pier to the islands. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Rafael and Francesco, the best!!

While this isn't the most polished hostel ever it's very clean and has a great atmosphere. Where most hostels would charge for various services this one does not and the staff seem to do their best to make sure you enjoy your stay. I even lost one of their free umbrellas with no charge. The bar area is always lively and I definitely enjoyed my stay!

Great clean hostel. Expensive.

Location could not be better - on the edge of the Spanish quarter but also only a 5min walk to the historic centre. You are in the middle of everything so there is a lovely buzz, but it feels safe. Super friendly and helpful staff. 24/7 reception, free tea and coffee, nice bar and common areas, including a v nice rooftop. Our private room was very big and comfortable - great shower too!

This hostel is in a truly central location in Naples, while maintaining a pleasant tranquility. Although I have not stayed here personally, I have often visited their terrace, both during ordinary days and during small events. The property exudes a cosmopolitan atmosphere thanks to the young tourists who frequent the hostel. It features a bar, a pool table, a table football table and a large terrace equipped with tables. It is the ideal place to have a drink with friends and socialise. Drink prices are not high and pool costs €5 for half an hour of play. During events, music helps create a pleasant atmosphere. The only negative note (for which I gave 4 stars) is the staff, who can sometimes be unfriendly. For example, one day it happened that, even though we had recently arrived and had already paid for the billiards, an employee told us in a rather brusque tone: 'This is not a games room, you have to consume to stay here'. However, despite some isolated incidents, I still recommend this hostel because the overall experience is really pleasant.

It is very well located near the metro and leisure areas. The room I had was 5 bunk beds with 2 private bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and it had a fairly large locker. In the common areas they had leisure options and it has an interior terrace and another on the roof that is very beautiful. Both have a bar. Also in the kitchen there were different options to make you eat. They have luggage storage.

The room and bathroom were always clean! A little more privacy on the beds would be nice, but it's a very high level comment. The rooftop terraces, bar and staff are great! An older gentleman and a nice lady at reception helped you at every moment and made you feel good.

Ostello Bello was a wonderful surprise! The place is very easy to reach, the welcome was excellent and also the room in which I slept: comfortable bed, excellent wardrobe and large bathroom. Everything is very clean and welcoming :) Breakfast has a vast buffet offering and the spaces are well managed. In the kitchen there is always something to munch on and banquets with free drinks and fresh fruit are available for guests. The reception is really available 24 hours a day: during the night I called with a question about the air conditioner and they answered me immediately. The terrace on the top floor and the small terrace near the bar are amazing. It is possible to leave your suitcase in a locker after check-out without paying anything. Lovely place, hope to return soon!

Great hostel! In addition to the great atmosphere in the lounge area and at the rooftop bar, the employees are always very helpful and friendly! The storage and locking options are also suitable for large backpacks. The only drawback: the beds are very rickety and loud and, like in many hostels, the cushions are very poor! There is no possibility for privacy etc. Despite the air conditioning, it was borderline warm in our room!

Efficient and very organized hostel. The bathrooms inside the room I stayed in were cleaned daily during my stay. The common areas (bar, rooftop and games rooms) are open to the public, but the rooms are only accessed by guests through doors locked with electronic keys. Pleasant and welcoming environment. The hostel offers several items that you can cook without having to pay anything extra for it (pasta, seasonings, vegetables and fruits).

I was only visiting there as an external guest. There is a terrace and indoor area with a bar where you can work on your laptop in a relaxed manner.

Nice. Does the job. We rented a room for 8 people for €41 per night with breakfast included. Bathroom and WC shared with the other rooms. The bar area and the exterior are also very nice.

A four star in Italy but level 3 in France. Very well placed but reception a little sloppy. French is not spoken there so English is necessary at a minimum. Not too much noise during our stay even if the other visitors were some not very attentive to others. Closed roof terrace. Bad weather.

Very nice youth hostel. Located in a rather quiet area compared to the center. Beautiful terrace. Very clean. Bed a little basic but comfortable. Free food with open access. The only negative point is the breakfast which is not very elaborate. But overall very good.

Amazing service and really kind and professional staff, nice facilities and everything was clearly marked and easy to use. Everything was in working order and clean, and I was really glad to meet the girl at reception and the bartender. Nice vibe in the common area too. Best hostel ever
