We don’t expect you to actually plan a trip here just for drinking water, but we do think you’ll be impressed with the quality. In fact, the water is so good, Evian once wrote asking us to give them the secret to our perfect water. So we did. And guess what happened the next day? Stocks in Danone (Evian’s controlling company) sky-rocketed. We’re not saying the two are linked, but we are saying the two events certainly happened in that order. 2. Shin-Cup Noodles

Many people love Switzerland, but South Koreans especially love us. And the feeling is mutual. While we’re in opposite parts of the world, one thing certainly unites us, and that’s our shared appreciation for Shin-Cup noodles. For the price of only 1,45 Swiss Francs you can experience this tantric, chamber of noodle loveliness!

In general, food in Switzerland is expensive, but you can’t live without it either. This popular option is a great budget meal, and helps you stretch your money so you can spend it on other things! While it might seem silly, it’s truly one of our favourite unique things in Interlaken!

Although you can get Toblerone all over the world, the best place to enjoy the delicious chocolate bar is in Interlaken. Toblerone has been voted World Chocolate of the Year on four separate occasions – two of which happened in the same year! While the world famous chocolate bar is from Bern, there’s something unique and special about enjoying one while hanging out in a quaint Swiss village surrounded by the mountains. Everyone loves chocolate and if you don’t, we feel pretty confident that will change in Interlaken!
