Taking some time for yourself will give you a great energy boost. In between busy hostels, crowded trains, party nights and city tours it’s nice to take a little break and focus on the one thing that matters most: you. Sometimes during a trip you can feel a bit overwhelmed with all the activities you can do and so many places you want to see. By starting or finishing the day with a yoga session you’re able to set an intention for the (next) day. Find out what you really want to do, what you want to reach and what you will enjoy most.
It can be difficult to stay fit when you travel. It’s a lot more effort to go to the gym or for a run when you’re not in your daily routine like at home.
