In our Chocolate Laboratory®, we supply aprons, chef hats and all the ingredients. We will share with you the techniques, tips and tricks of tempering of chocolate, melting, pouring and filling molds.
You will learn about the origin’s of chocolate as well as how to identify and understand the different tastes chocolate can have. Our professional Chocolatiers will teach you how to create your own masterpieces.
Note that your chocolates need to cool down for a minimum of 60 minutes after the workshop. Please plan your trip so you can come and pick up your gift wrapped chocolate bars 60 minutes after the end of the activity or anytime the next day.
