Capsule Hotel – Chapter Lucerne’s modern facilities
Chapter Lucerne’s is the latest addition to the Capsule Services. The Hostel is situated in the very center of Lucerne, a few minutes walking from the ferry and train station, making it very convenient to go for a hike in the mountains, visit Rigis, or Pilatus.
In total, there are 5 rooms, each with a different tale story to tell. Each capsule is designed for one person, while in the room are 16 capsules in total. In Chapter Lucerne’s, you will feel home-like and relive your childhood fantasy. To hang out with other travelers in a warm atmosphere, the hostel has a very comfy living room, featuring an in-house bar. The bar serves hot drinks, local wine, and a variety of cocktails. If you are not in the mood for chatting, the living room features large bookshelves with books for every taste. The living room is for multiple purposes, here you can come with your laptop as there is seating at working tables.

As the star of the show, the capsules shine. Beyond the privacy and safety provided by Goki locks on each capsule door, the interior layout of the capsules is well-thought-out to surprise even those suffering from mild claustrophobia.
Mirrors are strategically placed inside, complementing the paintings that match the hostel’s decorative theme, creating a sense of spaciousness not evident from the exterior. They are also equipped with an air renovation column and A/C that maintain enjoyable temperatures and air quality throughout your sleep. Other notable features include dimmable interior lights and efficient sound isolation for those who suffer from rage with roommates rolling plastic bags during early check outs.
The hostel includes automated processes ensuring its guests an easy, fast, and safe stay. Upon arrival, travelers can check-in using an automated check-in kiosk. During the stay, all guests don’t need to worry about security or privacy because the hostel, as well as the capsules, is equipped with Goki lockers. Additionally, there are convenient lockers in the corridor to store extra belongings.

Had a wonderful time at Capsule Hotel. The capsules are extremely comfortable, with great ventilation, space, lighting and noise isolation. The place itself is really well designed with great areas to hang out and meet people, and the staff goes beyond their way to make sure you are welcomed. A 5 minute walk to the train/ferry station where you can get to Rigis, or Pilatus, so, very convenient location too. Can't wait to be back.

The capsule hotel in Lucerne is a brand new hotel and I felt very welcome. The host are extremely friendly and helpful, the showers and toilets are clean and the capsule felt bigger than expected. The quality of the mattress was fantastic and I slept very well. Started the morning with a croissant and a good coffee. Thank you and will definitely stay another time.

The coffee is excellent and very well served. Plus the location is ideal, it’s close to everything.
