Pink Palace Hostel in Greece

The Pink Palace is a haven for backpackers & budget travellers.

It is open all year round. It never turns anyone away even without a reservation.

The Pink Palace is situated only a 15 minute drive from the centre of Corfu Town, the port and airport on the West Coast in Agios Gordios. It nestles at the foot of a dramatic range of coastal hills covered in tall, elegant pine & olive trees. Its bay sweeps gently between two large headlands and boasts one of the best sandy beaches on the island.

All our prices include: Cooked breakfast untill 11 am & 3 course home cooked dinner. We also cater for vegetarians.

Our hotel built at the hillside of Agios Gordios beach with 380 beds (double and triple rooms), which offers a luxurious hospitality to its customers. All of its rooms have private balconies with spectacular sea views, private bathrooms (hair dryer, 24 hour hot water), telephone, and air-conditioning.

ROOMS

We offer a variety of rooms, from 1 STAR to 2 STAR rooms from dorms to private single, double, triple & quad rooms

A class rooms (Half board 25 Euros per person)

'B' class rooms (18$ per person, Half Board to 29 Euros) : Ordinary rooms from 2 to 5 beds. Most of the rooms have balconies and private bathrooms. They are on the beach or at the hillside.For your reservation credit card details are required. (Visa or Mastercard)

Our friendly staff is available 24 hours a day and the Pink Palace's proprietor, Dr. George prides himself on keeping his customers satisfied and wants you to enjoy the comforts of home plus the beauties of Corfu Island.

For the back packer or jet setter the Palace is sure to suit every travel budget

Located right on the beach  you can enjoy lunch overlooking the beautiful Ionian Sea, relax in our pool sized Jacuzzi, play volleyball, ping-pong, basketball all conveniently located at our beach building.

You can also join one of our organised adventure or island tours .

Dinner is served at the roof garden of our night club, the Palladium. It's like a spring break party every night.
You can party at the 100 foot bar until 3:00 or 4:00 am or until everyone's had their fill of ouzo. The Palladium's roof garden serves food until closing. Of course, if partying isn't what you're into, you can enjoy a quiet, romantic walk on the beach with an old, or maybe a new friend!

We have many activities which we are sure will satisfy every need.

Boat Cruise

This is a fantastic day out with lots of fun and partying. The boat leaves from thePink Palaceprivate beach area at Midday and returns at 6pm. The activities for the day include:

• Touring the West Coast of the island
• Cliff jumping from heights of 30 to 70 feet
• Entering bat caves
• Visiting secluded beaches
• Snorkelling
• Fun and games - off and on the boat
• And of course drinking

4-Wheeler quad safari and rental

Either joining the safari or hiring a 4-wheeler quad ensures an action packed day. The safari leaves from thePink Palaceresort around Midday and returns by 6pm. The activities include:

• Driving on scenic roads (these are street legal 4-Wheeler Quads)
• Off-roading through olive groves
• Visiting quaint villages
• Scaling mountain tops for beautiful views
• Discovering remote beaches
• Encountering old monasteries

Kayak safari and rental

A great sightseeing day out on the surf whether you join the Safari or hire alone! Unbelievable exercise, while having tons of fun. The Kayak Safari leave from our private beach at Midday. The activities include:

• Discovering the enchanting western coastline
• Visiting remote beaches
• Stopping to scale large rocks for exploration or diving
• Snorkelling under the Ionian Sea
• Learning about the mythology of Corfu

In the water or on the beach

Not all days have to be filled with full-on activities. You may just want to relax whilst soaking up the Mediterranean rays or swim in the crystal clear, blue waters of the Ionian Sea. We have all you need for a relaxing or recovering mood:

• Private sandy beach
• Pool-size Jacuzzi / hot-tub
• Free sun-loungers
• Access to our beach kitchen area for that refreshing drink or light snack

Palladium nightclub

Join us every evening where you can party the night away. The nightclub has a state of the art music and lighting system and the entertainment starts to build straight after dinner and continues until the early hours - we only close when you stop partying. The very relaxed social setting makes it easy to meet and have fun with other fellow travelers whether it be at dinner or at the nightclub. The evening entertainment includes:

• · Extended happy hour entails 5 hours of "Happy Hour". It starts at the 24-hour reception bar before moving to the roof-garden bar for dinner, and then continues at the Palladium Nightclub
• The Happy Hour comprises cheap cocktails & drinks including pints of beer at 1 Euro.
• We have different themes most nights; Toga Parties are our most famous - including beer races, competitions and prizes, plus much more
• We also have ouzo circles with Greek dancing, and plate smashing
• Varied music to satisfy all tastes accompanied by a superb laser and lights show
• Play volleyball, basketball or table-tennis. We supply the balls and rackets when required free of charge. We organize competitions for those that want to play and also serve drinks and snacks for those who just prefer to watch the action down on the beach area.
